Set-up time is now available on Friday Feb 25th from 5PM – 7PM. Please let us know if you plan on setting up that evening.
Saturday: Opens to Public at 11 AM and closes at 10 PM, Set-up time is 9:30 AM on Saturday to be set-up by 10:45 AM, Please check-in at the main entrance prior to setting up inside at Cheney Hall. We will have an area very close to the doors available for you to drive-up and quickly unload your car and then go and park. We are asking the vendors to park in the lot to the right side of Cheney Hall. There is an aerial depicting this on the Page 3 of the Vendor Information Sheet.
Sunday: Frenchy and the Brunch will be held in the Silk Room from 10 AM to 11:30 AM for ticket holders only, Vendors not going to the brunch can arrive at 11:30 AM, Vending opens to the Public at 12 PM and closes at 4:30 PM

The Vendor Information Sheet has other important info, like ticket prices (eventbrite.com) and includes the draft layout for the event, which includes the Vendor booths and locations. There may be some slight changes to the layout but I will try to keep changes to a minimum. Please let me know if there is a huge issue with your location.
Please let me know what size tables that you are bringing with you for your booth set-up.
We are limited on space and I want to make sure that everything you are bringing will fit in the space. We will be provided 2 chairs per booth for you and a helper at your booth, if you purchased 2 booths you will have 4 chairs. We have extra tables and chairs available on a first come first serve basis. Please let me know if you need anything otherwise you are responsible for providing your own: tables, signs and anything else that you need for your booth.
COVID GUIDELINES: Masks will be required and must be worn covering the nose and mouth, and we strongly encourage you to have hand sanitizer at your booth. We will have masks and hand sanitizers available at the safety booth which will be near the exit and is available for both Covid Safety and actual safety. If you are being harassed or feel in danger, that is where you should go or if you see someone looking uncomfortable please direct them to the Safety Zone.
There will be a Food Vendor in the Silk Room. He will have some gluten free, dairy free and vegan options available but if you have other allergies, please let us know. I have linked the menu here.

There are also restaurants in the Manchester area that will deliver to Cheney Hall.
All Vendors: if applicable, you are responsible for having your CT Sales and Use Tax number on hand at Stupid Cupid.
